Eagles Healing Nest

Saluting Community Heroes came through for the Eagles Healing Nest by using contributions to assist the Nest in their mission.  The Nest is a veterans organization committed to meeting the needs of veterans, service members, or their families, who suffer from the invisible wounds of war.  SLC’s donation was timely due to the Nest losing a heating boiler this winter in a building housing many veterans.  SLC assisted with the purchase and installation of the boiler, and benefited the Nest through our network to save the Nest $15,000 in additional costs.  www.eagleshealingnest.org
